The only thing that matters is who is better right now no? lol.. your being silly . The rosters are worlds apart . The drafting is worlds apart . Who cares about anything else . I could care less about the 5 Rings Dallas has to be honest . You should feel the same about the 1 or 2 or however many the Bucs have . Just don’t ever mention Baker Mayfield in the same breath as DAK . For the integrity of the game and all .

Not really. The idea that you have to be old enough to drink to enjoy a ring is ridiculous and only something that a Cowboy hater could come up with.

Let me say this . When was Dallas first SB in the nineties 92? . I was 20 years old and an animal . And my neighborhood bar was a hard core with all Philly sports . I drank so much during that run I barely remember the games . I do remember running in the bar with a Cowboys helmet on after Dallas beat them in the playoffs 1 year though .

Nah Bucs super bowl is recent enough where I have vivid memories about it and still gives me happiness. Few year old super bowl hits much different than a 30 year old super bowl, maybe you'll get to experience it and understand the difference. Tbh after winning the super bowl they could have put out a trash team for the next 5 years I wouldnt have cared so much because joy of winning it all carries on, but Bucs have been competitive since then regardless. I dont care so much who is perceived to be better in December lol.

Also difference between Niners roster and Dallas roster is bigger than the difference between Dallas roster and Tampa roster. Yet there are delusional Cowboys fans who think they can beat Niners. That's what being fan is about, having delusional hopes loll.

I was in high school during the 90s and I'll remember those rings all the way to death bed. I'm also allowed to take pride in the 70s and the events that happened before I was born. lol

Do you take in pride in your ancestors? Or do they not matter because you didn't exist?

Rings are forever. They do not expire. History is history.

The only time this convo even comes up is with Cowboy haters, for them the NFL conveniently formed in 1997

I’ve never heard a Celtic fan pump their chest out over the bill Russell titles

Also are we equating sports to familial history. Football to one’s heritage?

I think I’m understanding your stances on dak a bit more. The level of this parasocial relationship you have with dak is clearly existing on a deeper level than fan and player. It’s clearly enough to believe what a football team did in the 70s is on par with the sequence of events that led to your existence

Of course Celt fans are proud of their team's history are you kidding me?

And I didn't even mention Dak in that post so IDK WTF you are saying there.

There is the past and the present. What you are doing is dividing the past up so that your ring counts but ours don't

But yeah, the primary focus in here in what is happening today, not what happened yesterday.

I’m bringing up dak because I understand your relationship to dak a bit better. I understand the level of importance you’ve attached to him and his success. It’s very personal for you. I get it

That’s selfish of you . A lot of Bucs fans died before seeing a ring what about those people . You know the ones that put bags over their heads at the games because they spent a half a century as the most embarrassing team in all of sports . What about those people . The ones that died waiting ? They don’t remember anything .

Different strokes for different folks . Your team still sucks right now though . And the future looks just as crappy . A lot of people are thoroughly enjoying that right now as well . Your the team people considered tanking just to play . DAK would love to see TB again lol…he would thoroughly enjoy that as I did last season .
