What are people doing with Jonathan Taylor? I have him in a couple leagues and I'm thinking about trading him. Just not very confident in the Colts offense moving forward.

Basically it rewards team points even if you lose. So if you lose your H2H but finish in the top half of points you receive 1 win. This makes thing more fair. So Duke for instance would have wins instead of being winless.
