How in God's name does Greg Jennings not make it? What does the guy have to do? Celebrate with pom poms after everyone of his 12 td's?

Good to see they respect the best O line in foozball.

Terrence Newman is a pro bowl player, he just didn't have a pro bowl year. Strange.

I thought so too, but looking at stats, they do favor him over (or at least make him = to in some cases) Woodson and Harris too.

Newman
12 games/10 started
46 Tackles, 41 Solo, 16 PDef, 4 INT (129 yards), 1 TD, 1 FF

Woodson
13 games/13 started
57 Tackles, 46 Solo, 13 PDef, 4 INT (48 yards), 1 FR, 1 TD

Harris
14 games/14 started
35 Tackles, 32 Solo, 9 PDef, 2 INT (17 yards)

I know stats arent everything obviously, but its not like there were some awful plays by Newman or Woodson that would seperate them.

In fact you could easily put Henry in over Harris too.

Colston and Jennings should have made it over Holt and Driver.

How the hell does Lance Briggs make it over Ernie Sims, Michael Boley, and Karlos Dansby?

Yeah, I thought Briggs should never have made it.

Also, I'd put EJ Henderson instead of Lofa IMO or at least Ruud.

Barnett and Henderson would have been my two NFC middle linebackers, though those are the two I've watched most frequently so I'm pretty biased.

Also, I thought the Williams' should never have made it, my 2 choices would've been Patterson and Harris

Garrard, Fred Taylor, Greg Jones, Mathis, Henderson, and peterson are all alternates, bleh. Greg Jones is probably in because I belueve Neal is banged up. Man Freddy T, may never get in, I hope one of the other guys decides not to go. Mario Williams got robbed as well. :nonono:

Yeah im in the same boat, i just dont understand how atleast, atleast Fred Taylor didnt make it.

Guys at Outside Linebacker that have done better or at least as well as Briggs (not including the guys voted in)

Ernie Sims 122 tackles (88 solo), 1 Sack, 1 INT, 3 FF
Michael Boley 106 (90), 3 Sacks, 2 INT, 4 FF
Derrick Brooks 103 (81), 3 FF
AJ Hawk 95 (72), 1 Sack, 1 INT, 1 FF, 1 FR
Karlos Dansby 88 (69), 3.5 Sacks, 3 INT, 3 FF
Chad Greenway 88 (65), 2 INT, 1 TD, 1 FF, 4 FR
Scott Fujita 87 (70), 3 Sacks, 2 FF, 2 FR
**Rocky McIntosh 87 (68) 3 Sacks, 3 FF, 1 FR
Calvin Pace 82 (67), 5.5 Sacks, 1 INT, 1 FF, 1 FR

Briggs 94 (76), 2 Sacks, 2 FF, 1 FR

Other than Atlanta (Boley) every team those guys play on is better than the Bears this year too. I just dont get it.

** I know hes injured, i was just mentioning him anyways

DeAngelo Hall and Michael Boley both deserved it. Can't really complain about Hall since he didn't deserve it last year. I knew Boley would never get in, though.

And tackle/INT stats are a terrible way to judge cornerbacks.

pat and kevin williams deserve to get into the pro bowl
you can't run up the middle on them, and haven't been able to for 2 years now, sharper is the only questionable viking that got selected

and i'm shocked that no jags got it

Agreed, more Dolphins made it in than Jags, sigh. Well it looks like Greg Jones will fill in for Lorenzo Neal at the fullback position, so I guess Jacksonville has one making it.

I love how you guys pick Briggs of all the other "gems" to pick from.

Briggs has been really good. I think Sims deserved to go though.

And Nick Barnett is over rated. The guy is not a superstar so why do people constantly try to talk about him like he is one?
