This pretty much means Tua’s time in Miami is coming to an end sooner or later. I think they either make this trade or they draft/sign someone in the off-season.

There were talks this previous offseason they weren’t sold on Tua and with all this rumors about Watson, I think it’s pretty clear they aren’t sold on Tua being the guy. Him over Herbert is going to look bad for a long time.

Apparently he's still owed a little more than $7M this season. So any team that claims him would be on the hook for that. In that case, I think there's a good chance he goes unclaimed.

If it wasn't about money, I'm almost certain that they would try & pick him up. It's just been their M.O. Pete is willing to take chances on guys. Josh Gordon was more recent. Aldon Smith another one, etc. They're always looking to improve the roster, even if there isn't an immediate need. Outside of Metcalf & Lockett, they don't really have a sure thing. Dee Eskridge has been sidelined since Week one. At the moment their third receiver is Freddie Swain.

I'm thinkin....he washed? I mean I don't wanna do a max Kellerman over the cliff, but something was missing these past years. All QB? Possibly. Some on Coach? Possibly. But I haven't seen burst of speed, that I saw in New York. Maybe a new situation with russ will change that.
