No one in here is talking about this?

It's every bit as bad as the mark Andrews drop.

GAME OF INCHES, Mahomes should share his next ring with Kincaid.

That’s the first angle I’ve seen of that. Unreal. We were that close to Kermit going to Cancun. Smh

Idk I don’t think it was as clear cut as people are making it out to be (re: the 4th down play). That’s really more on Josh Allen and the O-line for not being able to clearly get the inches they needed and not put themselves in that situation. I can see why they called it the way they did.

This wasn’t anywhere close to the typical bad calls the chiefs get.

Also, disagree on the Kincaid drop. It was an attempted diving catch on a Hail Mary type play in between 4 defenders. He could have caught it and he made a great effort at it, but that’s not an easy catch by any means and to expect him to catch it is unfair imo.

Great throw all things considered, but Allen got fooled on that play and was forced to throw up a desperation heave.

Orlovsky is a huge Josh Allen homer. In one breath he would talk about how terrible Jalen Hurts is while then praising Allen for how awesome he is when they had put up identical numbers. Allen played well, but he failed consistently on short yardage situations, and Mahomes didn’t. That was the difference.

Blaming the refs on this one is why people don’t take it seriously when it happens more egregiously in other games.

Neither was as bad as people make it. Andrews was a back heel catch, Kincaid had to adjust while going to the ground and ball mid air. People are focusing on too much at the hands and not enough to legs and difficulty of coming up with these type of balls.

Particularly Kincaid made it closer than it should be, with most other receivers ball would be on the ground farther.

He should have caught it, but it was kind of a prayer pass he could have caught. Andrews' drop was more just a basic play they probably run all the time.

The thing that killed the Ravens more was Andrews trying to get more yards on the previous drive and fumbling it.

Buffalo should have been awarded a first down on the drive before. But that was a great defensive call by KC. Would have been awesome if he caught it though.

Dan - thank you for being a voice of reason. The camera literally positioned on the chains confirmed this.

It was amazing that one ref was on one side of the line and one on the other side and then the one in Buffalo's favor suddenly gets in line with the other ref....haha....must be great to be a Chiefs fan. Especially if you are a true fan, and always been a fan and not an ex fan of some other team.

Dallas fans get a free upgrade to lifelong fan though because the Chiefs used to be the Dallas Chiefs.

Well, Dallas Texans in the AFL and it was 63 years ago but that is literally some posters justification on RGM for joining the bandwagon lol

Did you guys know that Pat Mahomes is the only QB in NFL history that is perfect (7 for 7) in clutch moments at the end of games?

What I am about to say is not against Mahomes. I would take Mahomes over any other QB. He's actually had an off year this season, and IMO will win another ring because a defense. BUT that said, he absolutely passes the eye test and he is clearly a very elite and rare talent. Maybe the GOAT.

BUT...BUT...that 7/7 stat is absolute garbage mostly because of the simple fact that the sample size is WAY WAY WAY too small. MONEYBALL works in baseball because the samples are so huge you can get a very real gauge on what will happen. Pitchers throw thousands of pitches, etc. It would completely fall about with a sample size of just 7 baseball games.

7 for 7 is so small, you could flip a coin 7 times and you might hit heads all 7 times. In fact if there were 32 coin flippers one or two probably would.

Aside from that, clutch moments are much more than just the QB. I mean if Andrews or Kincaid catches their ball then Allen and Jackson are "CLUTCH"

I wouldn't want Kermit as my QB on the Eagles regardless of how clutch he is cause he turns me off on so many levels and not a leader in my book. Hurts would never get heated towards any teammate, no matter how many mistakes they make. However, I would take rookie Daniels as my QB1 right now, even though our brotherly shove would suffer greatly from the change. Sorry Jalen.

At least the Mahomes vs Allen debate can finally be put to rest. He owns his soul in the playoffs.

Burrow is the only one I can actually trust to go head to head against Mahomes and come out on top, because he's actually done it before. He makes the short yardage conversions that Allen failed to do imo.

I'd take Mahomes only if his brother and Travis stay in Kansas City.
