The Seattle Mariners of College Football???

At least we have something in common.

It also feels like being a Browns, Jaguars and Vikings fan on top of it.

A little over 8 hours away. We'll see how bad Flacco carves up that Bengals swiss cheese secondary.

I just don't understand why you guys and Burrow have had such a hard time beating the Browns. What is up with that? To me its like if the Bengals can't win this one, then when.

Oh my word. Would you guys all stop. Its just one game after 1 week. Geez.

Hampton was your golden goose and they’re no longer a running offense. Herbert is taking those carries. I will buy low if he’s available

I just need to get in a couple weeks in doing my eye test and and checking out the teams so we can go back to doing our early Sunday morning thing again.   :wizard:

The Xs and Os, my friend. Zac Taylor has 50 pass attempts for Burrow dialed up today, i bet. So Garret and the Browns front get to pin their ears back and go after Burrow, all day.

I can't say anything about the new DC. But the old DC Lou who is now the Colts DC plays a bend don't break defense. So Chub and the Browns backfield would have their way with the Bengals, in the past.

Well I hope they get it straightened out real soon. Just in case the Chiefs don't win the AFC this year, I put a couple super bowl prop bets on the Bengals just in case the Chiefs don't make it.

He was ten feet away from Carter when he spit on the ground lol. Dak was clearly **** talking but Carter was going to the Cowboys huddle while the rest of his team was focused on the injured teammate.

According to Dak (and the video) Carter was trash talking Booker when the Cowboys were in the huddle. That’s when Dak said something to him. So yea Carter actually provoked it.

Carter will get suspended for this. NFL has no choice here or this behavior will spread down to the college and high school ranks. You think it will be more than 1 game? Seems fitting to punish this scumbag as he fits in so well with their fans and culture.

We'll see man. Bengals should be able to start 2-0 this season, in theory but the last 3 seasons they've started 0-2, so we'll see. Last year they actually started 0-3.

That opener against the Patriots last season was totally gross.

Word is supposedly Jalen Carter won’t be suspended but a pretty big fine is probably coming.

I'm not betting this week. You know me, I have to check things out for a couple weeks before I dive in. All I have done so far is put in a few super bowl prop bets. So who you putting your money on today? Any interesting lines out there? :reporter:

Carter suspension would be injustice because Dak spat first.

In 2023 Bengals only mustered 3 points in the opener against the Browns, yikes.

Yeah I mean, Jalen Carter is super competitive so when he sees a spitter, he’s gotta do it better. He’s a spitter not a quitter. Don’t suspend him for being extra competitive in the spitting competition that dak started

One game suspension I could understand but no more than that without also suspending Dak.

There’s rumors already swirling that he’s not gonna be suspended but I believe if dak didn’t spit first then it’d 100% be additional suspensions/fines.
