That’s a great point. What’s holding me back is the quarterback. It’s hard for me to believe Darnold can orchestrate a deep run. Maybe I’m thinking of 2017 also with the diggs game.

Ya JSN is clearly the best WR on the team. Perfect mix of size, athleticism, and legit route running.

Metcalf is the ultimate ceiling guy. But ya plays like that final play is why he has never stepped into the category of the truly elite, even though he has all the physical tools you could ever ask for.

Being a bad route runner just limits a player’s ceiling, no matter how freakish he is as an athlete.

He's always had a limited route tree. He's just such a freak athletically that he's able to bully most guys.

It's not the first time he's ran the wrong route & it's cost them. It's kind of been a reoccurring theme with him.

Another big difference there is Keenum vs Darnold. Case had no where close to the kind of arm talent that Darnold has.

With that said, I’m completely biased and bought in. I have far more faith in the combo of Darnold/KOC than I do with this defense. I have a feeling it’s going to take a shootout win for Minny to beat the top teams.

Maybe you guys need a better QB. Geno is too similar to Jameis. Hes fine for what he is. He’s never going to lead a deep PO run. I want to see you guys with a dual threat who can invoke some fear into defenses. This may be crazy but AR15 would be a nice fit

Cowboys kind of have a chance to play spoilers. Atlanta won today so if Dallas wins it will muck up the top of the NFC South.

Cowboys were officially eliminated from the playoffs today so it will be interesting to see how hard the players play. If they play hard for the last 3 weeks I fully expect Jerry to resign Mike McCarthy.
