It's crazy. This guy was such a hot name just a year ago.

When Baltimore played Houston in the playoffs last year, Mike Macdonald (Ravens DC) ran circles around him. I knew then it would be an uphill battle for him to land a job as a head coach. I don't think he was a finalist for any of the openings last year. But I could be wrong. Apparently, he didn't interview very well with teams. Now he's looking for a job.
