First of all, there have been quite a few GM's that have done a very good job turning around culture's and programs of NFL teams. There are a verity of them that come close but don't win it all all the time. Some get teams turned around and then get coaching jobs or move to another team in need of help. That doesn't mean they all suck. And perhaps I have someone else in mind for a GM slot nobody is talking about yet.
And I know we've only know each other for about 10 years, but I have always hated Jerry since he bought the team. He's never had any love from me. Never.

QB eagles fan took my thunder when he mentioned Brad Holmes. I remember two years ago when we were all scratching our heads when the Lions had 3 first round picks, traded back one one of them and then took Gibbs. Looks like they got it right. Only injuries will prevent them from winning it all. But if he doesn't, Mr. B will say he sucks as bad as Jerry.
