Yes the Raiders. The Raiders moving has more to do with money than their fan base. Besides the Raiders the Rams and even USC has more fans than San Fran.
The Rams? LMAO
Now we know youre just trolling
Ya Rams fans are totally nonexistant in Cali. In places like Seattle and Dallas at least Niners fans take over half the stadiums, at Rams and Cardinals 90 percent of the stadium is Niners fans lol.

and the 49ers also couldn't build a stadium in SF, but they moved 20 minutes south. Raiders had to move out of the state completely because they were tired of being the B team.
This is like saying the Clippers are more popular than the Lakers lmao.
Clippers lol. The Raiders have a massive following. C'mon...
I guess that massive following had forgotten their way to the stadium lol...
The Oakland Raiders will be one of the few teams to change their blackout threshold as allowed by new NFL rules, according to a report from Comcast SportsNet Bay Area's Paul Gutierrez.
A source tells Gutierrez that the Raiders only have to sell 85 percent of their tickets to home games to ensure no local blackout. It's welcome news for members of Raider Nation who live close by. More than half of all Raiders games in the past 17 years have been blacked out.

This past weekend, the Oakland Raiders ended their streak of 11 straight blackouts when they sold out their home game against the Kansas City

Unfortunately I agree. There’s always a ton of 9er fans at cardinals stadium. Even tonight I expect 50/50 hawks - cards fan split. Cardinals have a large fanbase but prone to corporate takeovers

Let's not forget Raiders players playing mute until fans come to the games...

Rolando McClain refused to speak to the media until the Raiders sold a game out earlier in the season

In previous seasons, if the team was nearing a sellout by the deadline, a local business would purchase the remaining tickets. This was good publicity for them and most likely because that business had also purchased advertising on that channel that they would like to be seen by a larger community

Arizona is a transient state. Almost no resident of Arizona I know is actually from Arizona, and they'd rather support their hometown teams.

Having lived around the heart of Niner, Raiders, and Broncos fan bases.
The Bronco fanbase in Denver >>> than Niner or Raider fans. When I lived in Denver it seemed like the Broncos were the only sports team in the city. That place lives and breathes Broncos

He will have to go the Palmer route and call their bluff. Joe will have to retire from the NFL and sit on his couch before the Bengals trade him.bluejerseyjinx wrote:JujitsuFlip wrote:I doubt it. The Bengals don't really make trades. Below is a list of some of the Bengals trades in the recent past.bluejerseyjinx wrote:Let me also ask you this. If Joe Burrow wanted out of Cincinnati, would the Bengals ever consider trading him? IMHO Burrow will have to go somewhere else to win a ring. Don't think he can do it where he is now.
March 2024: Traded Mixon to the Texans after they publicly said they were going to release him for a 7th round pick.
August 2021: traded Billy Price to the Giants for BJ Hill and a 7th round pick.
October 2020: Traded Dunlap after he tried to fight their DC on the sideline for BJ Finney (never played a snap as a Bengal) and a 7th round pick.
March 2018: traded pick #12 and a 6th rounder for Cordy Glenn, pick #21 (selected Billy Price), and a 5th round pick.
October 2011: Traded Carson Palmer (after he retired) to the Raiders for a 2012 1st round pick and a 2013 conditional 1st round pick (that became a 2nd rounder).
July 2011: Traded Chad Johnson to the Patriots for a 5th and 6th rounder.
December 2010: Placed Terrell Owens on IR, sorry not a trade but i just wanted to add it lol
So what happens when Burrow starts demanding he wants out of Cincinnati? I see it coming within two years. Its obvious the Bengals have no intention of protecting their biggest investment. They are too cheap. Joe Burrow is still young but playing for the Bengals he is out every other year since they drafted him due to injury. If Burrow ever wants to win a ring he will have to go somewhere else. One thing the Cowboys do most of the time is build good O-lines. Could be a possible future destination to consider. And he comes cheaper than Dak.
Owner and GM Mike Brown said back in 2011 "Carson signed a contract. He made a commitment. He gave his word. We relied on his word. We relied on his commitment. We expected him to perform here. He's going to walk away from his commitment. We aren't going to reward him for doing it".

Mike Brown is 90. He can't still be running things?
Wikipedia says he only has one child, a daughter?
OK, looks like Brown still runs the team and the 60-year old daughter is an EVP. Mike Brown and Katie Blackburn both went to Dartmouth but mainly run the family business.
Brown didn't inherit the team until 1991, when Paul Brown passed away.
So maybe that's the family thing, they run the team until they pass away.
Bengals fans can hope the daughter is different but looks like the financial incentive is just to field a team and prioritize making a profit, which isn't difficult to do with the TV money and the salary cap.
Bengals are #16 in attendance, averaging over 66k fans per home game.
Fans could vote with their wallet but the team has exciting young players to watch. Team was in the SB a couple of years ago so hope springs eternal.

This issue with Bengals ownership is the Bengals are their sole means of income.
It's not like for example Dan Gilbert who is known for earning his wealth through mortgage lending. And then later on the platform for sneaker trading.
The Brown family only having the Bengals has always been problematic.

Packers fan-based ownership model is the best, that's why the other 31 owners banned it.
Fortunately for me, Lurie is a competent owner but I remember when the Eagles had a crappy owner.

Young NFL QB who earns or will earn hundreds of millions in his career attract hot women is news?
All NFL QBs have hot wives and girlfriends.
In fact most pro athletes have hot women.
Why is this a surprise?
