If only they could see the circus culture they are creating by declaring they are going to win games...

They don't see it because its been going on for 30 years. Jerry's way of doing things has become natural.

Yep. Why not. After Mahomes and Burrow they have the best QB in the league.

This is already a big problem. Jerry shouldn't be working with anybody. He should be sitting his elderly ass in his booth in AT&T on Sundays, and let the actual football guys do the working.

IMO he is already doing that and Steven is doing most of the GMing

What makes you say this? Jerry has been trying to rid of the ghost of Jimmy Johnson for almost 30 years now, trying to show us how it was in fact him that was the mastermind behind the 90s dynasty. What suddenly might have changed in him to give away power? I ain't buying it, and the Derrick Henry saga this past summer has all the Jerry stink over it.

The truth of the matter is that as long as Jerry is breathing, the Cowboys will remain as fodders. Of course, in the unfortunate event of his passing you'd be stuck with his son, which might even be worse.

He also said that Dallas didn't make an offer. So, he's obviously pissed about it. There's clearly some friction between he & Parsons.

Parsons talks too much. Lawrence isn’t wrong. I think there is more to it though. There have been rumors that Parsons doesn’t get along with a lot of the big name players on the team. Parsons is a bully and rubs a lot of people the wrong way. That’s been his reputation since Penn St.

The Super Bowl was over a month ago.

If an ex-player says your team doesn't have a winning culture, it's kind of a big deal.

Cowboy fans don't want to talk about the culture in Dallas. Or the person responsible for the front office and culture despite what I have been telling them for way over a decade now.

Don't fall asleep on the Lions. They still have a two year window and odds are they won't lose 9 or their 11 starters on defense next year.
