Even when winning the Super Bowl, the Egals still and always will have their minds on the Cowboys. The infatuation the past 34 years is getting creepy and I don't believe its about football anymore.

The Cowboys losing are just an additional source of entertainment to me. Like a little bonus to my Eagles winning 2 SBs in the last 10 years.

Imagine you were rooting for the Jaguars to lose over the last 29 years, how much joy that would have provided, and now realize the Cowboys have been losing even more in the postseason than the Jaguars.

Well, at least you no longer have a **** owner to deal with. The M's have their own version of Frank McCourt. It's why I've chosen to boycott.

Ewww. Yeah boycott that asap. Guggenheim buying the dodgers flipped the franchise in a 180

Yet their trophy case is still better than both teams combined. 8-)

The Eagles and Cowboys both got 5 NFL championships.

If those from 50 years ago count than so do those from 80 years ago.

You should have more. You guys have been in the NFL 27 more years than the Cowboys. Good thing the Cowboys have sucked the past 30 years so teams can catch up a little.

For several decades the Eagles had ownership that cared more about profit than winning. You wouldn't know what it's like.

What are you talking about? Cowboys have always been the most profitable team in the NFL since the 70's. And Jerry isn't about profits, Growing up in the 70's the Cowboys were not only extremely profitable, they were big time winners. 5 Super Bowls and 12 NFC Championship games in a 17 year span. On top of that the Cowboys also set the standard in many other areas that have been copied by everyone since then. Whether it was about cheerleaders, cooperate suites, stadiums, hospitals and shopping malls in stadiums, etc.
I don't agree with your argument in full. To me its all about culture and having top people in the most important areas like GM, head coach and QB
(which the Cowboys haven't had in 30 years). History has taught us all since the 60's the QB and head coach connection is a must and a GM that gives that product the best chance of winning. Doesn't really mean era, rule changes, etc., Lombardi/Starr, Landry/Staubach, Knoll/Bradshaw, Walsh/Montana, Johnson/Aikman, Bellichick/Brady and Reed/Mahomes just proves how lethal the QB/Coach is for winning.
