Well there’s the Cowboys’ WR2. I know he comes with some headaches though. I also know he’s super talented. I like this move more than the team signing Amari Cooper or one of the other older free agent WR’s.

Overall the Cowboys have had a good off season. They have filled quite a few of the holes they had going into the off season. So once again, Jerry has given the team no excuses. Let’s see what they do with it.

Pickens is a major headcase.

Yeah, he's talented. But Pittsburgh doesn't want to keep him around for a reason.

The Cowboys haven't had this type of divisive personality probably since Terrell Owens.

Given they've acquired Metcalf, this is a good move by the Steelers. A massive gamble for Dallas. Not just on the field but also in that locker room.

True, Pickens is a head case. If he plays like Owens though the Cowboys are going to be pretty good this year. At least during the regular season they will be.

lol this type of move rarely works out for the team who acquires the player. Someone with his volatile personality.

If I was a Cowboy fan, I would temper my expectations.

There are major red flags with this dude. Especially when a coach like Tomlin decides to move on from him.

Trust me, no one is getting their hopes up. We all know what this team is. We’ve seen this show for 30 years. All I’m saying is I like the WR room for the Cowboys much more than I did yesterday.

The worst that could happen is that they lose a third and waste a year. Had they done nothing the year was wasted anyway. Lots of upside with not much downside honestly.

That's the other downside to this deal, he wants to get paid.

So, you either pay him or he goes off the deep end.

If he doesn't get a new deal, then he'll stir up drama. He's also not the type of guy that you necessarily want to commit to either.

Cowboys, Chiefs, and Patriots would beg to differ. All won multiple titles with guys like him. They can’t ALL be choir boys.

Hey buddy, did you read the rules? There is to be no talk about any situation that might positively affect the Cowboys.

Here’s the thing, he’s in a contract year and has said he doesn’t want an extension yet because he wants to prove himself. If he can behave himself for 1 season he will end up getting paid like a #1. Either by the Cowboys or someone else.

Dak will be by far the best QB he’s ever played with. Also playing opposite CeeDee he shouldn’t see many double teams. So if he can keep his head out of his ass for 1 season he will put up good numbers.

If that happens I could see the Cowboys placing the franchise tag on him in order to trade him.
