CIS Football players

CIS is Canadian Interuniversity Sport
That is Canadian version of NCAA.
My question to you guys. If there is a player in CIS that really stands out. He has the same or little better stats then some one who played in NCAA. Like his forty is better, he is stronger, more talented, and well coached. Would you at least want your team to take a look at him or not. Also if the answer is NO, is it because he simply did not play in NCAA.??
This year about 8-9 CIS players got invitation to the Mini Camps. Last year one CIS player was drafted by Chargers.
