Yeah. He is. I say so because he is 80% of the team. When he retires they are gonna suck for years unless Painter gets good fast.

Unbelievable, he is just so great, that you cannot coach him to do any better. he always makes the right decisions, and is a natural born leader.

Yeah, but I didn't think that the Gmen were this bad. Embarrasing.

What about the Giants, defensively, has changed since last year? They still can't cover and don't really get pressure on the QB anymore.

There's been no significant additions to the team since they gave up close to 500 points last year.

Add to that a QB in Eli who's become a turnover machine.

At any rate, Peyton is awesome.

i think peyton playing indoors for his career has helped him a lot

i think peyton is one of the best QBs ever but dont you think having perfect conditions as a QB is extremely helpful?

Favre. Leads Manning in all statistical categories and plays 1/2 his games outside (or did for 90% of his career) and where it's damn cold

Brett Favre is a heck of a lot closer to being the most overrated player in professional sports than he is being the greatest QB of all time.

Favre better than Manning? That`s laughable. An argument can only be made for 4 qb`s that were better than Peyton. Elway, Montana, Unitas, and Marino. That`s it. And by the end of Peyton`s career I don`t think you will even be able to argue those 4 guys anymore.

I honestly wouldn't even put Elway in there. He had some statistically mediocre years in the middle of his career, before they beefed up that o-line and added a killer running game. Marino never even had help from a running game.

He's definitely in the convo and by that I mean top 3. But to me it's Montana.

To his defense, pretty much all his INT's this season (ELI) have been balls that his receivers could have caught...

Tom Brady?

Tom Brady has only had 1 truly outstanding year in his career and his 3 rings came as the result of a combination of defense/cheating. He was basically a game manager before Randy Moss showed up. He also folds like a gypsy chair when the blitz gets to him, something that can't be said about Peyton Manning. Tom Brady is probably the most overrated QB of the last decade and that's not as a Jets fan it's as a football fan.
