I love Dan Dierdorf... and Greg Gumble is alright too.

I like Jim Nantz and Phil Sims the best. Michaels/Collinsworth prob 2nd. Dan Dierdorf is good too.

No offense seeing you're a Ravens fan, but Brian Billick gets on my nerves a lot. It seems like everything he says is just him trying to make himself sound smarter.

On Buck, listen to his call of maybe the greatest catch of the season. He sounds like he's calling a foul ball in baseball. No effort or passion at all in any of his play calls.

I love Dierdorf. I try to listen to radio feeds instead of TV but I'll tune in the TV feed if it's Dierdorf or Tim Ryan. Thank God Gus Johnson is off the rotation, I'd rather listen to Barry Manilow sing over the game than Johnson screaming orgasmically on every three yard swing pass.

Gus gets one college game a week on FX. Seems like a downgrade.

I really like Al Michaels and Collinsworth still.

Kevin Harlan (?) and Boomer Esiason on Westwood one are always a good listen.

Al Michaels is terrible. I like Troy Aikman, too bad he's paired with Joe Buck. Brian Billick is good as Icness said. I like Thom Brennaman.

One thing I noticed in both is Aikman chuckles after both Buck's calls, as if he's hearing the same we hear and is laughing about it to himself.

Don't get me wrong, I have great respect for Billick as a coach and football mind, I meant more that he tries to make every play about himself and it can distract from the game sometimes. He admits to having a huge ego, and I cant hate someone for that, just makes his games hard to follow sometimes as a fan.

Anything with Ian Eagle or Gus Johnson wins it for me.

I would have paid money to have had Gus Johnson on that call. The world may have ended.

Joe Buck is the worst. I like Gus Johnson if the game is exciting.

But Jaws and Gruden are the best.

Gruden is terrible.

Let me tell ya something about this guy. This guy here is a good football player. A great football player.

I love Gruden also, dude says what he thinks and calls out the refs or even the league when necessary. I love that he bashes the league and the refs.

I don't mind Joe Buck but I rarely watch Fox games.
My fav are the CBS guys except for Fouts, because it seems like my Titans always lose when he does the game.

Cris Collinsworth makes me wanna slit my throat.

Greg Gumbel and Dan Dierdorf are the best announcers to me. Honorable mentions to Ian Eagle, Kevin Harlan, Marv Albert as well.

I actually love Joe Buck haha i love his choice of words almost all the time.. his voice is very serious sounding and he uses phrases that make games sound more spectacle-ish if you know what i mean

i cant think of a good football call from recently but this is one of my favourite calls of all time in one of the biggest moments in maybe sports history, certaintly of the past decade:

I like the guy. I also feel like he knows what he's talking about most of the time.
