Yesterday was the 5 year anniversary of the death of Sean Taylor.

R.I.P. Sean. Even though you didn't play long, you were easily one of the most talented football players I had ever seen.

Bucs vs. Broncos will be interesting. The Bucs have been playing well this year, but I doubt they make the playoffs if they don't win this game.
Same goes for Saints vs. Falcons.

A bunch of **** games this week. I have my eyes on the New York/Washington game. The Skins will make the playoffs if they can come out with a win in this one, book it.

If we beat the Giants, there's a pretty good chance we'll be the #6 seed. Vikings play at Green Bay, Bucs play at Denver, and Seahawks play at Chicago. We have tiebreakers over all those teams, and it's pretty likely they all lose.
We'll see though. We have historically sucked horribly on MNF, especially at home(we're actually not that bad in road MNF games though). But RGIII gives me hope. We broke the rookie QB losing streak two weeks ago, the 30+ year Thanksgiving losing streak last week, now time to break another.

It's ridiculous that Cowboys/Eagles isn't being flexed.

I agree. The Cowboys could be 0-14, but the NFL would keep them on Monday Night Football.

The Redskin Rule was also broken this year:
The Redskins Rule, you may recall, says that if the NFL's Washington Redskins win their last home game played prior to a U.S. presidential election, the party that won the popular vote four years prior will claim the presidency. Conversely, the rule states, if the Redskins lose that game, the party that lost the popular vote four years prior will win the election.
The rule had held true in 18 of 18 cases prior to Tuesday's vote, which, per the Redskins' 21-13 loss at home to the Carolina Panthers on Sunday, should have been a victory for Romney. It was not.

Well considering they don't flex MNF yeah they would.
But anyways, CBS and Fox each get to protect some games from being flexed, and the decision to flex has to be made at least 12 days in advance. There are maybe 4 games that aren't already in primetime worth flexing this week, Ravens-Steelers, Bucs-Broncos, Vikings-Packers, and possibly Seahawks-Bears.
All those teams have had Primetime games, some more than others.
I would go ahead and assume CBS designated Ravens-Steelers as protected since they didn't get the first matchup. I'm not sure they would have wanted to set up three SNF games in a row for the Packers since they had the Giants last week and the Lions scheduled for SNF next week (and good luck convincing them to flex out of a Packers game so you know that ones happening). I would have thought they'd have gone ahead with Bucs-Broncos with their love of all things Peyton Manning, but maybe they didn't think they could get enough ratings from the Bucs side? The Bears are on primetime every other week this year as it is (unless they're playing a really **** team).
All that said, I'm surprised they didn't flex out of the Cowboys-Eagles game. But they get ratings, because its very difficult to find someone thats indifferent to the Cowboys, NFL fans hate or love them.

Was Sproles a late scratch? I don't see him on the board.

Looks like the QB rating is going to be under/under for both, too.

Dammit, we need another tackle for weatherspoon and a catch from Tony G!

Drew Brees has thrown 4 picks, and Matt Ryan has thrown for only 165 yards. Not the QB show I expected.

Make that 5.
Oh wait, offsides. WOW. Lucky.

Off-sides takes away the fifth pick, second to a lineman. One of the worst games I've seen Brees play so far.
