sure, QB deserves the blame. That is the high profile position on the team, the leader, and when things go wrong, deservedly so.

But experience has a longer memory than that.

Alex Smith needed to be fired! Benched! Worst QB ever! Get rid of him! Dump Smith!

Then a new coach came in, with a gameplan. A style of play. And the team rallys out of nowhere.

Yes, blame is due to Sanchez! But lets speak with experience and knowledge around here. History does show that the Coach plays a gigantic role in the tone and tenor of the team. Coughlin. Mike Smith. Harbaugh. Bellichek are leaders of MEN.

Not rah rah then blame others . . .

Look at it this way Lakeshow...

Even with the cap hit they'll take, it's not likely the Sanchize returns to NYC. Among the teams looking for a QB just might be the Chargers. And the Chargers will be moving to LA within the next 3 years, so you could very well get your Sanchize QB back in LA.

If that happens I'll buy you the jersey, my treat.

while he is a awful qb, he had no RB or WR to speak off

I've never seen a 6-8 team get this much hype and pub from everyone. ESPN, NFL Network, all opening with Jets segments, what's wrong with the Jets, etc. Unreal.

Ryan played a huge part in bringing this much heat from the media.

When you play in New York City with a big mouth coach and some players who run their mouths, this is exactly what happens. It doesn't help that your starting QB throws multiple picks per game, and your backup QB is one of the most popular people in the NFL, yet gets no playing time.
