I think we can beat the Cowboys. How great would it be if the Cowboys lost 3 in a row to backup QBs to be eliminated from the playoffs? This is our Super Bowl, I know we'll be fired up at the chance to knock the Cowboys out for the 2nd year in a row(little bit different circumstances this time). I expect a shootout, although it could rain on Sunday.

Lot of really juicy matchups though. Pats@Ravens, Colts@Chiefs, Saints@Panthers etc. Playoff picture will be a lot more clear Sunday night.

which is weird since college football is on break essentially, saturdays are there for the taking

i don't feel good about over half of the games this week, nearly everything could go either way - this whole season is up in the air
135-71-1 this season

I feel like there's trap game potential for San Francisco here, looking ahead to the playoffs. Win this one and we clinch the wild card though.

Thats kind of what happens when you suffer a historic amount of injuries on D.
18 different guys have played on the DLine alone. (even with a 4 man line thats a ridiculous number)
39 or 40 different guys have played on the Defense this year.

And last but also most important, when somehow your coach is from Princeton yet makes some of the most fundamentally stupid coaching decisions I've ever seen.

Just to point out how atrocious this D is,
The Cowboys are 1-2 this season in games in which they score at least 35 points. The rest of the NFL is a combined 51-2.

I still think the division comes down to our week 17 game so I expect Dallas to win against Washington.

It really should, considering we've finally figured out a power running game that just embarrasses other defenses, but inexplicably they've abandoned it far too many times. If Murray gets 20 carries the Cowboys are headed for that division title game in week 17, if he doesn't its over.
The Cowboys biggest problem under Garrett has always been taking what the D gives them instead of going with whats working and forcing your will on the other team. The running game is just the latest example.

I'm sure we'll figure out a way to blow it though, whether its this week or next, it seems inevitable at this point.

I'm setting the over/under for Megatron's receiving yards at 300.

Briggs is back. Bears' run D didn't cross the line into that historically bad level until he went out.
117 yards/game allowed with him in, 186 yards/game allowed since he's gone out.
