I think he probably did. I've been to that place and its straight trash. Disgusting burgers (ellios pizza burgers, twinkie burgers...), disgusting staff, and a disgusting restaurant. I barely ate my burger and swore to never return (got dragged along by friends), staff wasn't rude to me but I would not be surprised if they are lacking in quality as the whole place is.

I honestly dont know whats the big deal about leaving tips is. I hate the idea that someone has to leave a tip. And if you donnt, the waiter will flip out and do something insane, like post it online. idk how much the average payroll for a waiter is, but it cant be that bad that their begging for extra money. But, what really ticks me off is, the bill says how much the minimum should be.

I do leave a tip, always the minimum. If the waiter was not friendly or I didnt like the service, I'll leave a lot less. But, Im a student struggling with money, the should get the hint.

Waiters make like 3 dollars an hour because the government can't tax tips. but in reality waiters should make actual minimum wage so people don't have to leave tips.

I try not too. About once a month, but at the end, Im regretting that meal

If you can't leave a tip, get take out. Then you just have to leave a buck or so for the person at the cash register. He might have gotten bad service, but .20 tip is an insult to the waiter. I don't know if I agree with a restaurant posting the personal information online though. i think that's crossing a line. I do remember when a waiter posted a huge tip he got from Payton Manning and he got fired for posting the receipt.

Every time my Sprite glass gets empty I take a dollar off a time of the tip, its a rule.

If the service sucks, you shouldn't be rewarded.

The owner of the place (think it was him) sold the receipt for over $99,000 on eBay. Much better than a crappy tip.

Not for the people of Philadelphia. That trash heap of a restaurant needs to shut down as soon as possible.
