Everything in that picture from that article is backed up in the Ted Wells report if you don't believe it. For the "Brady didn't turn over his phone crowd" nowhere in the CBA does it say anything about having to give up your phone and email. The NFLPA told him not to do it because it sets a bad precedence. Gostowski didn't turn over his phone either and he wasn't suspended because nobody cares about him I guess. If you can read that picture from the article linked and this post and still think the Patriots cheated then I don't know what to tell you. You clearly aren't a rational person at this point.

Blame your coach and your owner. 1 Mil, 1st rounder and 4th rounder is not aimed at Tom and the footballs. Your owners defiance. Your coach's claim to have zero knowledge of what went on, was totally unbelievable by the NFL. How do I know that? 1st rounder and 4th round picks. That is a direct shot at management and coach, not Tom.

Soo...the fact that the NFL went against the refs' best recollection of the event that would have seen the Patriots as innocent is nothing to you or what?

Not to mention IN the report it says Belichick and the ownership are innocent and had no knowledge. So if you're going by the report as stupid as it is how are you blaming Belichick and the ownership? That's glassman logic bruh.

Were you expecting a different response from a Patriot homer living in a idealistic world? I live 8 miles from Orono, Maine right here in Patriot nation. I hear it all day long here in Maine. They can spin it anyway they want in their own minds, but I've been on record for over 3 years stating the Patriots have been cheating and getting away with how the rules are written for years. As someone who has lived in Maine and in Patriot nation my whole life, I will always taint 2 of their super bowl won. **************** Brady has tarnished his legacy taking the fall for Kraft and Bellicheat.

You are correct Sir! Exactly! You will hear what you want to hear, depending on your regional allegiances.

Its just been reported that deflate gate began when last season started. I knew when the report came out the other day the NFL had more on the Patriots than what was reported. Let's see if they continue to be pompous and arrogant as the process continues making it worse for themselves and the whole sport in general.

Just admit you didn't read the report, it's not a big deal if you just admit it.

Heres some tidbits from the Wells report.
McNally text messaging and referring himself as "The Deflator" and is threatening, that he has not gone to ESPN yet. No one can ignore implications of that text message. This is direct evidence, not circumstantial. And it cannot be played off at a joke.
But of course, some will only hear what they want to hear.

Exactly, Wells will hear what he wants to hear. Deflator can mean deflating them to legal levels. If this was not the case why were the balls in the Jets game at 16psi? If Tom thought they did someone wrong why did he text the equipment manager not to worry you did nothing wrong? Wells also said nobody took this seriously. So how did this become a big deal then? He also claimed it was not a sting despite the NFL and Colts knowing that there could be concerns with the balls in the first half. If it was such a huge infraction, why did they allow the team to possible tamper in the first half?

Of course that's the conclusion, YES! GO PATS GO!

If you jokingly texted a friend you'll going to kill him and you have your phone investigated is that incriminating evidence? Also Wells caught in lies.

Calling yourself the deflator after you've been accused of deflating isn't all that incriminating. It could easily be explained as sarcasm.

That's true, because last year, around May 9th before the season begun, several accusations calling him the "deflator" were slammed on this individual.

i dont see how cba plays any part to it, if your legacy is under attack and you have nothing to hide there is no reason to not to turn in the phone records and put an end to this

Why did the Deflator take all the balls into the washroom? I suppose he was just getting friendly with them?
