Seattle needs a serious rebuild.

Keep Wagner and Wilson and make everyone else earn their starting jobs. Fire the entire coaching staff and bring a new one in.

That's kind of what they've already implemented this season. Agreed on the change of coaching. Pete should have been replaced. Need to bring in a more offensive minded head coach. Someone that can groom & bring out the best in Russ.

Pete has one year left on his contract (2019). Paul Allen is loyal & Pete has built up a lot of goodwill over the years. So, I could see Pete stick around for another year honestly before both parties decide to move on. I hope I'm wrong.
