Leary signs with the Broncos. Sad to see him go as well.

Well, if he does, that's good for us and bad for them.

I see Peterson is meeting with the Sea Hawks tomorrow. Things apparently didn't go well with Charles. But Seattle likes the big punishing type backs anyways. We will see what happens.

AP isn't really a fit within our offense. I don't see it working out. Charles is still a possibility. Murray & Lacy make more sense.

I agree with this. I don't think AP would fit well with Seattle's scheme. Charles, a bit more so. But I can see why they wouldn't want to take a risk on a guy as injury-prone as him.

He doesn't. Russ plays mostly in the gun. Something AP doesn't do. He's also bad in pass-pro. Pete wants someone who will block well since they don't really use a traditional fullback.

I think Minnesota is the best fit for Adrian Peterson. He should try to work a deal at a cheaper rate, and resign with the Vikings.

I like the guy you already have the best anyway, C.J.

Prosise is good. He's been banged up. Which is why I'm not a big fan of either AP or Charles. Lacy or Murray are more durable.

If you can keep them on the field and off IR, I agree.

Things will work themselves out. That's why we signed Lacy as an insurance policy. More durable than the other rb's available. We can also add someone in the draft. More depth the better. I expect Lacy to get most of the workload.

This pretty much a last chance type of deal i think. If it doesnt work , he could be cut near the midway of the season.

The Hawks wanted to draft him when he came out. I don't think they'll cut him unless he ballooned to like 300 lbs. He's going to have a significant role on the team. He's the perfect fit for what they look for (Big, physical, Yards after contact runner).

True if it works out well , i could see him getting better deal. If he can pass block well for them and take some heat off Wilison it could be great signing.
