McGloin is a game manager+.. we need our line/run game to step up, and our defense has to continue playing well. I think we're still legitimate, but we've lost that 4th quarter magician who could win the game for us if we needed it. McGloin has a ton of heart - I consider him a poor man's Jeff Garcia type - but he's limited by height and arm strength.

So it all comes down to this Sunday. I hope Osi plays this Sunday for us/the Raiders.

Will be interesting to see how Matt M does.

I've stuck with my pick of the Chiefs winning the division so far, and I still think it's pretty likely. I fully expect that the Broncos will give them a run for their money, and the other two teams in the division are tough to rule out as well. But I think the Chiefs are the best overall team, and they will keep it rolling.

Yes sir! KC is a very good team, I've known that all along. I'm actually picking them to win the Super Bowl.

New Hall of Famer LaDainian Tomlinson is getting a new job.

Tomlinson will be taking a position in the Los Angeles’ Chargers front office, Fred Roggin of NBC Los Angeles reports.

There’s no word on whether this job will be ceremonial in nature and focused mostly on public relations, or whether he’ll have some say in the football operation. The latter would seem unlikely as Tomlinson hasn’t always been on the same page as the Chargers, including saying last year that he thought they should trade Philip Rivers.

At least they signed Berry to a 6 year, $78 million contract.

It was reported this morning that Tony Romo has high interest in Kansas City. Imo opinion, I believe this would be the best place to go despite earlier reports in the week by the Chiefs.

Denver is his landing spot.

Don't think going to Denver will fly unless Leary is also part of the deal. I like Houston as a possible landing spot for Romo over Denver. But I think they are both players.

Denver signed Peko and Kerr to the DLine today. That and a returning Vance Walker will improve the run D.

They signed Leary and Watson to the O line. Hopefully Watson can stay healthy.

Okung signed with the Chargers.

Elway is saving his cap space. I think something is going on.

I have the funny feeling Romo doesn't want to go to Houston now or it would have happened by now. I think Denver is still in play. It just won't be a trade, that's all.
