now that Dak has proven to be the starting qb now and for the future, what teams would be interested and what draft pick/picks could Dallas get in return for Romo?
Some teams that come to mind: Jets, Niners, Broncos, Vikings, Jaguars, Redskins, Dolphins, Browns, Bears, Rams
(edited to include Rams)

Lets see what other teams have to offer. We are in the drivers seat on this one.

In order, I'd say...No, No, Maybe, No, No, No, Yes, Hell No, No.
You need a team that is treading water or in the play off hunt that doesn't have a QB. The Vikings have already married themselves to Bradford and their O-line would kill him. Redskins have Cousins...for now. The Dolphins are interesting sitting there at 4-4 with the funny named RB really getting his wheels under him and a decent enough defense. What about the Rams? I don't see it happening, but it makes pretty good sense.

I don't think Romo has any kind of trade value given his age and injury history. I think best case scenario is a 4th round pick based on playing time and performance based factors, and even that seems like a reach. Considering Jerry Jones' infatuation with Romo, the Cowboys will probably go with the expensive backup route.

Not only expensive... safe. You have a known quantity with no down side. And moving him doesn't really help salary cap wise next season. I say he's here at this time next year.

I doubt Bell will want to run behind that crappy ass O-line.

Even if Romo was traded, which I doubt will ever happen, Denver is the only team I see listed that would be a possibility. It would have to be a team that is a high playoff/Super Bowl contender. No way he goes to a rebuilding team. However, I may be in the Cowboy nation minority here, but I would trade Romo in a heart beat just to get rid of his contract and 19 million cap hit for next year. I want to finish the defense next draft and dominate the NFC for about 5 years. Can you guys all imagine how America's Team will look and be if our defense was as good as the offense.

That "crappy" O-Line is one of the best in the league...

I guess our eye tests are different. I see a Giants team lucky to be where they presently are. A play by Beckham in the Eagle game and Raven game along with a missed extra point and missed field goal away from being only a 2 or 3 win team. Don't get your hopes up.
