I don't have 5 different teams I follow & like. Just the one. My rooting interest is always based on how it impacts my club. Or I might just root against a team because I really dislike it. Teams like the Cowboys, Niners, cards, Rams fall into this category.

If anything, you root for the wrong one. You don't even live in the city or state that your team plays. Do you even have a connection to Dallas?

Are you saying because I live in Maine I have to root for the local team or in this case, not root for anyone because there is no team here? I'll pass that on to everyone in Maine. We can't have or root for a NFL team because we don't have one. We are excluded from the NFL.

The Patriots are pretty popular in that area (New England).

Unless I fell asleep last night and woke up in Russia, I believe we have the freedom of choice to pick who we love and want to root for. At least that's how I thought it worked. One of the great things about this country and nation we live in.

I think I mentioned before that we have tons of giant and Cowboy fans here as well. Patriots were pathetic back in the early days for about 30 years.

Lol yes, you would be correct. Just find it a little odd that someone from Maine/NE is a diehard Dallas fan.

I guess you weren't around the night I wrote a half page explaining how I became a Cowboy fan.

1) Raiders
2) Texans (lived in Houston when the Texans were created, have a Carr and Boselli jersey still)
3) Seahawks (originally from SEA so when they moved out of AFC West, we cool)
4) Cleveland (love me some underdogs)
5) Lions (mostly because of Barry, then Megatron, now I just genuinely like the team. Also enjoy Daniel Dopp from Fantasy Focus Podcast, so that he's a Lions fan helps)

You became a fan, because they were good when you were young...Yada yada...

I didn't understand what good really meant back then. I was just a young kid. It turned out they were real good, but that wasn't the main reason I became a cowboy fan. Looking back, there were other reasons and factors that went into it. Stupid ones, but what the hell, I was a kid.

1. Carolina Panthers (Duh...)
2. Kansas City Chiefs (I've said many times, if I weren't a Panthers fan I would be a Chiefs fan. Love just about everything about that team)
3. Washington Redskins (Lived in DC for a while and learned to root for them)
4. Seattle Seahawks (Don't really care much about the team, but I really like several of their players)
5. Whoever is playing the Broncos (cus **** the Broncos)

If it helps, I'm fine with the Raiders. I've actually found myself cheering for them most of the time this season, they're very fun to watch. If they were to move to Vegas they would probably move up to at least #3 on my list.

1. Eagles
2. Patriots

Those are my top 2. I'm an Eagles fan first and foremost, but my sister went to school in Boston and became a huge Pats fan, and I always ended up liking them as a result.

After, it changes year to year. Depends on who's the surprise team, who has players I like, etc. I'd say the Falcons have been my #3 this year, I'm just a big fan of Julio Jones, and Matt Ryan has actually been really good this year.

I root against pretty much everyone else, or I just tolerate them. So I can't really list 5 teams here, because after the top 3, my list changes week to week.
