If the Raiders defense doesn't rape Brock Osweiler they had no chance with or without Carr. If Brock Osweiler doesn't show up, but doesn't give away the game, I can see his defense carrying him through this.

Cook vs Osweiler, holy crap what an exciting matchup!
Well, as long as Brock doesn't go "Hoyer vs KC '16" on us(or "Osweiler for the majority of his brief Texans career so far"), we probably have a chance.
That and not having the same officials as in Mexico City could help.
