Allen isn't that good and he's even more injury prone than Gronk. That was a weird trade for the Pats.

Hard to judge him too much, because he's going from Andrew Luck to Tom Brady...huge difference.

Also, he only had one year in which he missed significant time.

Brady is the goat agreed but it's not like Luck is some scrub. Plenty of TEs have had success with Luck including Doyle now.

Good signing, I think.

Real good signing. Doesn't do much for me at WR but Carr and the offense should have excellent field position after all kickoffs this season.

Am I the only one who thinks that Malcolm Butler is very overrated? Ever since that big interception in the SB, he's been discussed as one of the best CBs in the league and as a "shutdown" corner. I disagree, I feel like he tends to get lit up more often than not when he's on a real #1 WR.

Good, I wanted Lacy over AP! Fits us more. Still just 26. If he's in shape, he can be a decent back. Really like it. Apparently Charles is coming next couple days. I know they preferred him over AP. So, that may or may not still be a possibility. :D

What happened with their other running backs?

Rawls & Prosise are both injury prone. They wanted to add a vet for depth. Currently Lacy & Rawls would likely split carries. Prosise is more of a 3rd down back.

Adrian Peterson should realize that he's just not worth a lot at this point. 32 years old, significant injury history, on the decline, and a deep RB draft coming up. I don't see any significant market for him.

Charles? He's coming for a visit. But, its not likely he signs now. I'm fine with it. I prefer having Lacy. Charles is done imo. Won't be healthy going forward. He might last 1-2 more years in the league before he hangs em up. Same goes for AP.

AP would fit in Oakland or Denver IMO

No Seahawks expert but it seems Prosise is a future cornerstone for them. If they really sign Charles (I doubt it) Thomas Rawls will be on the trading block or released.

Rawls is still young & cheap. Charles has to find a new home.

Absolutely but Rawls´injury woes could be a problem for him... Let´s hope your backs will be named Lacy, Prosise and Rawls next year. (As football-fan in general I´d love to see Charles in Philadelphia btw)

Rex Burkhead signs with the Patriots.

Crap. Like they need another legitimate weapon.

New Rex Burkhead signing and then Re-Signed Dont'a Hightower to a 4 year $43.5 million deal. Will the Patriots claim this decade as well as the last and get 3 championships in 4 years again? Also, I don't know the market, but anything less than 55 million for Hightower is just too lenient in favor of the Pats. He was their best defender and just about the best ILB in the NFL last year.
