How much of a pass are you giving Rodgers for the NFC championship game?

Not looking at numbers...we all know he didn't play well, and the Packers got blown out.

Now, a lot of that had to do with the fact that GB's defense had no chance of stopping the Falcons offense, but GB's offense was really lethargic as well. They scored their points in garbage time when Atlanta was basically just trying to run clock, and they got shut out in the first half. A lot of that had to do with GB's receivers dropping passes, and GB having no running game to speak of. All fair.

But Rodgers himself was missing throws too. And he was definitely affected by the pressure Atlanta was putting on him. IMO, he was dancing around with the ball too much and not making quick enough decisions with the ball.

How much blame should Rodgers get for the Packers' performance in the NFC championship game? Obviously, the defense was the biggest issue, but the offense was lethargic the whole game. Atlanta's defense isn't particularly good, and if you're an ATG QB like Rodgers, you should be able to put up more than 0 points in the first half, against pretty much anybody, right?

Two very good games and one mediocre one. The best quarterback in these playoffs. The defense is the most important part of a quarterback's supporting cast, and his failed miserably.

A huge pass. They played a better team and his supporting cast didn't do much more than trip over their own sacks all afternoon. I don't much care for Rodgers or the Packers, but I can't hold yesterday against him.

Yeah, I really don't pin hardly any of it on him. The way that his defense played all day, and looking at his supporting cast, it's really amazing he made it that far with that group. He still did okay, but he was getting pressure in his face the entire game.

Rodgers had a couple of uncharacteristic plays, but he mostly played well. There was nothing he could have done to win that game.
