It has been crazy over the years watching some of his top receivers get injured and 2nd stringers or almost no names keep delivering

Of course some didn't participate, but likely it was because when they heard Rivers was in they were like "Oh, I'll sit this one out".

Not surprising that Rivers and Brees got 1st and second. Probably the two most accurate passers in the league after Brady.

they need more of these types of events and make a bigger deal out of them - might help the pro bowl weekend out publicity wise

Also wouldn't hurt if he had a full compliment of receiving weapons.
