Cowboys finally get their #1 receiver, trade for Tavon Austin (for #192).

I actually like Austin as a gimmick player. He's a RB/WR hybrid now, just get him the ball in space if you can, and watch him go. Gotta have quick linemen though.. not sure Dallas does?

I'm bitter, I have Dak in a dynasty league so I was really hoping they'd surprise me and come away with a top WR. Totally expected Calloway to be a Cowboy and was ready to draft him in this year's rookie draft. Instead Calloway is undraftable now in CLE, and Dak is going to be a game manager. I have to hope the one Cowboy fan in the league is willing to pay for Dak.. my backup is Jimmy G, who I guess is my starter now.

Seahawks did the right thing by grabbing one of the biggest steals in the draft and let him play on the same team with his brother. They had chances if they wanted to be a-s and not let the brothers play on the same team, But I applaud the Seahawks for doing the right thing.

Equanimeous St. Brown to the Green Bay Packers. Surprised he fell to late 6th round.

I think 5 Washington Huskies drafted...

--Vita Vea
--Dante Pettis
--Will Dissley
--Azeem Victor
--Keishawn Bierria

Not bad, especially for kind of an off senior year. Chris Petersen makes NFLers.

4 UCF players drafted

Mike Hughes- Vikings
Jordan Akins- Texans
Tre'quan Smith- Saints
Shaquem Griffin- Seahawks

But a 5th guy in Chequan Burkett should have been drafted and he should get signed.

No. Here’s the bar. He did not get close. But he tried. He tried hard.

eh, they were similar. akers followed pearson's formula

but his line about the last time the cowboys were in the super bowl was great and put it over the top for me anyway

Was a surprise, thought he‘s 4th rd talent.

But at least another German made the league after Werner and Vollmer retired and Green Bay is a perfect spot, legit #2 receiver IMO

Shameless self promotion:

http://www.rotoworld.com/headlines/nfl/375846/browns-mayfields-intangibles-separated-him?ls=roto:CLE:topheadlines

Browns VP of player personnel Alonzo Highsmith said No. 1 overall pick Baker Mayfield "blew the team away" with his off-field intangibles.

"Here's the honest to God's truth," Highsmith said. "From the start of his college football season to the end of the season, I had [Sam] Darnold No. 1 and Baker No. 2. On our way through everything, you couldn't tell me Darnold wasn't the best. Then comes the part where you meet them off the field. You watch their workouts. You watch everything. And Baker blew me away. Highly, highly intelligent. Highly competitive. When he walked into a room, you knew he was there." Highsmith said Josh Allen was last among the first-round quarterbacks on the Browns' board.

Browns should be worried that the Jets found out about their actual plan. If the Jets dont trade up to 3 really early, the Browns take Barkley #1 and still land their top guy with the #4 pick.. fox in the henhouse over there?

Actually worked out better for them, I think. If they got Barkley and then were picking a DB at the top of round 2, they'd have to settle for Josh Jackson, Duke Dawson, Donte Jackson, or Isaiah Oliver.. I'd take Ward/Chubb over Saquan/any of those guys

Bruce Allen, aka the guy who ran Cousins out of town so he could trade / overpay Alex Smith, wants to return to Raiders. And apparently Gruden wants it too.

Al Davis is officially vicariously living through someone and running the Raiders from beyond the grave, into the grave.

Bad karma is following that team because of the move to Vegas. Has to be. I think the Chargers are destined for a similar type of fate. Bad joo joo man.
