he's 30

he was going into the second year of a 4 year deal with a bunch of money left, they asked him to take a pay cut (since we just spent a fortune on a couple tackles this off-season) and he said no, so he's out the door

he's not great, probably average at best. apparently not good enough to keep, especially considering the state of our offense line

Raiders worked out a lot of cut kickers today.. wonder what that means for Jano? He makes 4.4m, 2nd highest in the league behind Gostowski,and he's 39
