division with the best qbs

this was something i was discussing with a friend, we decided it was the nfc south: ryan, newton, brees, and winston - pretty good across the board. two most recent mvps, brees who has been a prolific passer for years and winston has put together a couple very solid years

there are a few with three:
nfc north is good, but the bears are holding it back overall
same with the afc north, and the browns holding them back
afc west, broncos lagging here

nfc east is up there but we needed to see a little more from dak and wentz

so what do you guys think?

You will see a lot more from Dak this year.

No argument with the NFC South. All 4 teams can go about their business not worrying about the QB position. Another quality year from Dak & Wentz would put the NFC East right up there but the uncertainty around the Redskins and Cousins places the NFCE in the same boat as most divisions.

We can probably all agree - NFC West is at the bottom of this list. Wilson, an aging Palmer along with the fact Goff hasn't stepped forward and the WTH situation in SF...

NFC South - Brees, Winston, Cam, Ryan (easy #1)

NFC East - Cousins, Eli, Dak, Wentz (big believer in Cousins/Dak/Wentz here)

AFC North - Ben, Flacco, Dalton, Kizer (I dont think Kizer is bad, other 3 are above average IMO)

NFC North - Rodgers, Stafford, Bradford, Glennon (one star, one above average, one below average, one backup)

AFC West - Carr, Rivers, Smith, Siemian (one pseudo-star, one above average, one below average, one backup)

AFC South - Luck, Mariota, Bortles, Savage (I dont believe in Luck's health anymore, love Mariota, other 2 are backups)

NFC West - Wilson, Palmer, Goff, Hoyer (Wilson still a stud to me, Palmer good when line is good, Hoyer to me is an average starter, Goff needs work)

AFC East - Brady, Cutler, Tyrod, McCown (unbelievable that Brady might be in the worst division of QBs, but only because I think the other 3 are just terrible)

I think he definitely is. Tyrod will still have fantasy appeal because of his legs and Cutler can still throw the ball through brick, but I wouldnt ever want either to be a starter on my team. Jimmy G, I definitely would.

You could make an argument for Cutler but that's about it.

I'd put the AFC West above the NFC North but other than that, this is what I'd say as well.

Phillip Rivers is still a solid QB, Alex Smith will at least keep you in games, and Trevor Siemian was having a decent enough year last season before he was injured.

Alternatively, Sam Bradford will lose you several games a year, Stafford has always seemed a little overrated to me (and now especially so with his contract), and Glennon is a backup.

I'd take Rodgers over Carr but the other 3 would all be AFC West IMO

NFC South for sure.

AFC East isn't that bad if you add Tannehill in there, McCown sus though

Have to go with the NFC South and AFC west. Dak is only decent QB in NFC East.
