So hyped about this trade. Kearse is gone, we get a great DT and unless Richardson completely screws up we should get at worst a 4th round comp pick if we don't resign him.

They won't let him leave.

An Avril/Bennett/Clark/Richardson line is something else. You add McDowell at some point & lookout! :o

This is a win win.

Seahawks get a guy who's got massive potential, and wind up giving a late 2nd or 3rd.

Jets actually get a 2nd or 3rd for a guy who wore out his welcome. And maybe a #1 WR, (he said, trying not to laugh)

As a Jets fan I love this trade, it ticks all the boxes. Get a WR, get rid of a guy who wore out his welcome and accumulate picks.

That said, Seattle is going to love this guy, an elite talent and perfect fit on that defense.

Kearse isn't any good. The team would have released him if he didn't count so much against the cap. He was complete **** last year. Dropping balls left & right. Is slow, will get little to no separation & often gets called for OPI. He's only a household name due to a couple of catches in the past. In reality, he's a 4th or 5th wideout on a team.

Kearse is a garbage WR man! The team would have released him if he didn't count so much against the cap. He was complete **** last year. Dropping balls left & right. Is slow & gets called for OPI. He's only a household name due to a couple of catches in the past. In reality, he's a 4th or 5th wideout on a team.

Robby Anderson and ArDarius Stewart are the #1/2 on the Jets right now.. I'm not joking, Kearse could lead this team in catches. Sam Darnold, this is your future..

The pick is the real prize here. Kearse is a throw-in. He'll make a nice catch every now & then, but don't expect a whole lot.

Love the move from our pov!

The pick is the real prize here. Kearse is mostly worthless. He'll make a nice catch every now & then, but don't expect a whole lot.

I get what youre saying about the guy, but he instantly becomes our #1 receiver by a mile and could have a break out year.

Richardson is a beast, but he is coming off a season where he had less than 2 sacks, made little to no impact on the field, and was a huge distraction off of it. Honestly hope he turns it around for you guys, if he falters he will likely be out of the league.

I get what your saying as well. But, Kearse graded out as one of the worst WR's in the entire league last year. Just saying!

Anyways, I wish him well! :D

Man... that's just a harsh reality.

He's one of the best Defensive Tackles in football. Adds another Pro-Bowl talent to our defense.

Rick Smith's worst signing and also his best trade. That is some magical stuff right there I tell you.

Well done, good sir!

I'm fine with them bolstering their defense as long as Wilson still has to run for his life.
