Considering his underwhelming playoff numbers the Andrew Luck contract is looking bad even when he's been healthy. I realize it's early for Derek Carr but his numbers aren't getting better this year. No playoff experience either. I realize some players don't like the franchise tag, but are there instances where it's advisable to use it rather than overpaying a player?
