From the NFL's discount bin. You guys literally have sub-replacement level talent at every position on the line.. no amount of coaching can make a talentless group any good. Cable will be snapped up quick, he's one of the best OL coaches out there.

Your wrong! He was the problem.

The talent level hasn't been great. But, he's been awful here. His draft picks have been busts for the most part (He had final say). He repeatedly tried to plug defensive lineman & make them o-lineman (huge fail). His lines have always sucked in pass protection for the most part. Ranking near the bottom of the league, year after year. He needed to go!

The OL coach had final say on draft picks? That's a really odd system. And I dont know why he gets crap for trying to turn DL into OL.. that signifies a serious lack of talent on the OL

Yup. He had way too much say imho. Trust me. Hawks fans are thrilled with this news. He had become a joke here.

It's going to be an interesting off season personnel wise. It's too bad that we don't have a full load of draft picks. What can you do? They went for it this year and depleted that account. Can't fault them for that as a fan. The injuries, O-line, running game, lack of discipline, and the Blair Walsh project all caught up with us.

OC/DC/QB Coach all gone!

Thank God DB is gone. We've needed new blood, fresh eyes, a renewed vision for the offense for awhile now. It's a start.

I think a lot of changes will happen in Seattle this offseason... but it´s about that time.

I doubt Ifedi is gone. He's trash. But, the team still took him in the 1st round.

Earl & Kam will be back imo. Unless Sherm takes a paycut, he's gone. Avril will retire.

Sherman is gone IMO, they won´t offer him the money he wants (and deserves tbh).

Earl Thomas and Bennett will be traded for the right price, it´s like Sherman last year - Seattle put them on the block if they can fetch some nice assets in return.

For me, Bobby Wagner (and Kam if he really comes back) are the only locks on D.

yeah they all are, keenum only signed a 1 year deal last spring

bradford, keenum, and bridgewater are all unrestricted free agents, so the vikings have a big decision on who they want leading the team going forward

Tom Cable has come home

Loved this guy, he's great for power blocking schemes. Also became a personal hero when he punched that scumbag Randy Hanson for claiming that he should be HC. Hanson I believe is entirely out of football after assaulting someone at a bar a few years back..

Sucks that we probably lose Mike Tice for this, but the OL seemed to slump last year, and a new voice could do the trick

My condolences!

Cable runs a Zone blocking scheme fwiw.

Carr is gonna get killed with him as your coach. Cable is a scumbag, who's gotten way too much credit for his abilities as a coach.

Awful hire.
