Rooting against your team

At the top of the draft you have a few quarterbacks then you have a good running back Barkley and a good pass rusher Chubb. Both are likely to be in demand. If the Colts trade down they're more likely to trade with the Broncos because they'd be guaranteed one of them would still be there assuming Darnold and Rosen go first and second. The Browns are in great shape, the Colts are in very good shape, and the Broncos are in good shape. Not great shape, but good shape. Unless quarterbacks 3 and 4 are equal(they're not) the Broncos(one spot higher than the Jets) are clearly in better shape than the Jets. If they were tanking the second biggest joke in football didn't tank properly. It's always possible they get Cousins and maybe the fourth best quarterback will work out. If they don't get Cousins I can't say I would be thrilled if I was a Jets fan. Not much demand for the sixth pick unless a team is desperate for a quarterback and the quarterbacks after Mayfield do not excite me. Is this a case where the fans should go to the home games pulling for the opposing team after they got their first win?
