why can't i utilize the ir spots? tried to put guice on there but didnt let me, eventually had to drop him.

It might be because you are trying to simply adjust your roster, but you have to look at the top right of the "My Team" page next to "Add Player" and click on "Manage IR" and then it should let you, provided he is listed as out.

Assuming this is an ESPN league.

I thought it was weird when middle of the season you increased number of qbs in roster to stockpile

but never seen such brazen cheating like this, you should get a spot in playoffs just for the attempting :lol:
