Plus it is a year for once where the Bengals and Ravens don't seem as formidable as usual and the Steelers could be slipping, so the competition for the division gets easier.

I think Flacco will have a good year, he's looked good in the preseason. Perhaps Lamar Jackson has reinvigorated Flacco. I think the Ravens offense will be decent with some good weapons.

I will put them at third right now, and they definitely won't go winless.

Oh, I always expect them to be competitive, but they just don't seem to have as many weapons as they used to. But I think Harbaugh is a solid coach. Flacco is one guy who I don't really like much for the regular season, but get me to the playoffs, and he plays at another level at that point.

It's worth noting that, while players are drug tested, bettors are not.

I actually think the Browns will be decent this season, but that's just silly. Are the additions they made in the off-season enough to take them from zero wins to a division championship? Not likely. The Steelers should be far and away the favorites in that division.

Clevelands ceiling is 8-8, and that's only if everything goes as planned. Steelers are still the team to beat, and Baltimore will be better than last season. I think Cincy will slip this year to the point that Marvin Lewis finally gets fired.

Makes sense considering the odds. I have taken bets on it and Cleveland to make the playoffs and their division from eight people.

People want to be able to say they called it if it happens. People remember that and not the fact that the person didn't call it correctly.

It should be a fun season.
