Re: Week 5 Matchups and Games Discussion
HAAAAHA, knew that was going to happen. Was thinking to myself "okay, they've got 20 seconds and a timeout, plenty of time to get into FG range to try and win it...how will they screw this up?".
Watson answered that question immediately.
I love the Texans.

We watched the tragedy unfold. We did as we were told, we bought and sold. It was the greatest show on Earth...but then it was over.

I wish the Texans would run the ball up the middle on 1st down for 1 yd or no gain every once in a while.

That was a masterful game by Watson. Not the best statline but he consistently made the right reads against a pretty good Dallas defense. I'm still expecting a monster finish from him this season.

Easy to say from the couch, but to me those should be no-brainers. You've got an 80-90 percent chance to end the game right there, you take it. Just like, to me, you should never kick a field goal inside the five. The positive outcomes from going for those are going to so vastly outweigh the negatives over the long rung.

Seahawks played great.
Rams did not. I was mostly disgusted with that game.

You still won, man. I was actually somewhat surprised we were able to run the ball on that defense. Donald & Suh got pushed around. Lucky for you, Pete called a timeout & lost the game.

Great game last Sunday btw. Better luck next time to the Raiders, particularly when they play the Broncos and Chiefs.

Yea. Rams played their worst game of the year and still won though, in Seattle which is tough. I'll take it.
