Why wouldn’t the raiders be trying to add picks for next year


I’m convinced that the raiders and maybe 2 or 3 other teams should literally consider tanking the season. Tua and Justin Herbert ? Don’t draft a qb this year. Trade back from 4 if possible. Grab greedy

I’m not trying to be funny when I say this, but Gruden wants old vets on his team. His system is too complicated for younger players to understand. I think he wants to improve the defense and get younger + faster in the front 7.
