Brady finally declining quickly?

From Bill Barnwell:
of the league's 33 qualifying quarterbacks since Week 4, Brady ranks 30th in completion percentage, 30th in yards per attempt, 29th in passer rating and 24th in Total QBR. His rate stats since Week 4 are roughly in line with those of Mitchell Trubisky, who has completed 63.2% of his passes, averaged 6.3 yards per attempt, thrown two touchdowns for every interception and posted a passer rating of 85.7 to go with a QBR of 40.4. Bears fans might have been excited to hear that Trubisky would be compared to Brady in 2019, but this is not a fawning comparison for either passer.

I think it's fair to say that he just doesn't have a good supporting cast. Outside of Edelman. His receivers are a bunch of no-names. His line isn't good. Could it be age? Possibly. But his WR's don't seem to get open often. He's certainly no Lamar Jackson.
It's why I have the Ravens as my SB pick.

They need to bring AB back. For the sake of the rest of the league, lets hope they don't. Phillip Dorsett, jakobi meyers arent cutting it. Harry is still to green.
Funny that to start the season this looked like the best WR corps in the league. Edelman, Brown, Gordon, Thomas, White. I was wondering how they would spread the ball out and keep everyone happy. Thomas may be past his prime, but he could certainly help them right about now.

Dated article, but still relevant
https://www.givemesport.com/1323033-tom-bradys-stats-with-and-without-rob-gronkowski-on-the-field-are-concerningSimilar observations of Brady were made late in the season last year, and I think he slowed down the stretch the year prior IIRC. But in the playoffs, he was the same player that he's been for years. If he can't get it done in the playoffs this year, I'll buy into a slowdown but not before.

I don't think it's just the lack of quality receivers. He has just plain missed a lot of guys this year. Passes he would have made in his sleep before are bouncing at receiver's feet. He looks done to me. And I am a huge fan of his but he really does.

In the SB he may only need Edelman like last year against the Rams. The Rams played into what New England wanted.
A no named steps up in the SB and Edelman cares the rest of the WR's.
Going into the season with Gordon I felt more confident, because with him, Edelman, and other pieces they had a lot of depth. Now, with the addition of Brown they loss depth, and let Brown go.

there probably is some decline (it would be wild if there wasn't any at his age) but its probably being exacerbated by the lack of a quality supporting cast this year

Yeah, I think the biggest issue is the lack of any good offensive weapons. Even Edelman...he was never some all time great receiver, he's just the only competent one on the team right now.
Yeah, Brady has also had some decline, but I honestly don't think it's as dramatic as people want to say. No QB looks good with a trash supporting cast.
