Hey hermes, I am also a Vikings fan.

Needless to say, I think we both had a good afternoon, if you know what I mean.

The Vikings won.

This Vikings team worries me. They've got a lot of talent. Especially considering how bad Witherspoon has been since coming back from injury, he's going to have to guard Theilen or Diggs, and I don't like that matchup for us.

Vikings pass blocking has been bad all season, as long as niners dline is healthy they will eat that oline alive. And cousins is one of the worst qbs in the league when under pressure, niners are just a bad matchup for Vikings.

On paper. Are they actually any good? Which one of them was actually able to create consistent separation this year? None of them are actually good at this point.

Like, Edelman for example: he is a NE legend, has been there forever and has been a big part of multiple championships. Can’t take that away from him. But seriously, since when has he ever been a “great” receiver? In the grand scheme of things, he’s never been more than a solid #2 option...and that was in his prime, not now. The issue now is that he’s far and away NE’s number one receiver, and he’s just never been that guy.

Isn't Edelman a sb MVP?

They had Gronk, who was a true number 1, and the Patriots offense played some of their worst football with Edelman as their MVP in that SB.

Edelman is no better than someone like Cole Beasley, especially right now. If he’s your clear number 1, and there’s a big drop off after that, how many QBs are going to lead a non terrible offense? How fair is it to judge a QB for not doing well with that kind of “support”?

Brady won the 2016-17 SB without Gronk though. Look at the TE and WR corps in that playoff run. Brady was able to make do.

In a battle of 2 injured teams seems like Seattle has won the battle early if Wentz is out... SmH.

We'll see, the 49ers have been horrible at getting to the QB over the last several weeks. Having Ford will definitely help, but missing DJ Jones is still killer.

Edelman was better, White was better, O-line was better, and I’m not saying Brady isn’t worse now than he was then. But you can be worse than Brady was in 2017 and still be a damn good QB.

It wasn't dirty. It was just an awkward hit & unfortunately it was helmet to helmet.

...what?

Wentz was already going down and he drove his head into the back of Wentz head?

If that happened to Wilson, you'd be fuming, rightfully so.

It should have been flagged. But I don't think it was intentional.

Apparently greg ward is the next qb in line. You just know eagles will lose their fifth number one receiver to a qb injury
