So many teams killed it. I wonder if the lockdown was the reason : they had to go with instincts since with no travel they could analyze players more in person and the "analysis by paralysis" did not kick in this year.

Ravens , giants , browns , cards, bills , cowboys. I could go on.

I would say Packers and Patriots were losers along with eagles

First off, giving grades based on projections (Mocks) is the stupidest thing.

1. Every teams mock is different (Based on fit, need).
2. If you evaluate a pick based on ESPN's/NFL networks projections (Mel Kiper/Joe blow), you're an idiot. Sorry.

The #1 criteria when judging teams should be on if a team addressed a specific need/fit relative to the talent.

In this case, Green Bay is the biggest loser. Taking a QB in the 1st Round. Why? Then taking a RB in the 2nd, when you already have an Aaron Jones. H-back/FB in the 3rd??? Yeah...not great.

As far as winners? It's always hard to judge. But...

1. Miami: Tua, along with an OT & G early in the draft.
2. Arizona: Simmons & then taking Josh Jones when they absolutely need lineman.
3. Jets: Becton, Mims

The Atlanta Falcons had a very poor draft. The story continues with the front office and coaching staff.

No matter how you spin it, the Packers wasted their first round pick on a guy who won't help their team next season. They were in the NFC championship last season and thought let's take a QB and a RB with our first two picks.

First round and even second round picks are treated like gold. Teams sometimes don't give up on a guy for 3 or 4 years because of the round that player was selected. And the Packers used a first on a player that may never play for them.

New England drafted a proud alt-right douche bag, so they are the ultimate losers.

fake news: if you are married to someone, you dont cheat against them by going after another person so high in the draft. Eagles blew this draft while the cowboys ACED this draft, you will see the results of this in the next 2-3 seasons as Cowboys win the division and Eagles coming up short. I agree on not being cute, but they had way too many other needs to address than backup QB.

the packers get a F- for this draft. Rodgers should demand a trade.

I typically would agree with this assessment. The problem is that Wentz just isn't durable. Due to that I have no issue with the pick.

Many fans miscalculate how much a good draft impact the actual season. If you're a quality organization, sure draft can make a huge difference. But if you're a mediocre organization like raiders and cowboys, "winning" the draft won't translate to consistent on field success because of poor decision making elsewhere. Raiders had a great draft last year yet chances are they'll be the third best team in the division at best again this season. Same thing with cowboys, they almost always hit their first round picks but crap the bed when it comes to performing on the field because they don't know how to build a team. This year I see cowboys fans staying at home rooting for other teams again in playoffs because their team is built poorly.

In short, winning the draft don't mean sh*t if you don't know how to build.

Lucky for them, they play in a **** division. So they have a chance.

Their problem for years has been coaching & Jerry getting in the way. McCarthy might be a slight upgrade over Garrett. But, it's still a problem.
