Where will the remaining Top-FA land?

Post#1 » by Mich3006 » Wed Apr 29, 2020 12:02 pm

First period of the free agency and the draft are in the books but teams still have some needs and good FA are still available. So where will the top FA land?

Cam Newton (Redskins)
Jadeveon Clowney (Seahawks)
Everson Griffen (Vikings)
Logan Ryan (Falcons)
Devonta Freeman (Raiders)
Darqueze Dennard (Raiders)
Dre Kirkpatrick (Buccaneers)
Prince Amukamara (Jets)
Reshad Jones (Cowboys)
Tony Jefferson (Bears)
(put in other FA and where they´ll sign)

I'd dearly love if Clowney could go to the Raiders no?

That would be a good fit. imo

If Seahawks dont land clowney or griffen they are toast in that division. You gotta do a better job addressing both sides of the trenches to have a chance in nfc west.

Newton won't sign until there's an injury to starter.

Agreed. I'd say there's a very good chance we land one or the other. Clowney is holding everything up. My money says Griffen is the guy.

if griffen doesn't land anywhere the vikes would take him back i'd think (even though it seems like he wants to move on)

it would have to be for cheap though, we have no money

No. Far from it. $15-20 mil in cap space. More than enough.

He wants closer to $20m which is why he's still unsigned. Ain't gonna get it. Should just sign Griffin for half that.

Well, Clowney would break the bank. Is everyone else signed?

If it was me, I'd sign Griffen & Snacks Harrison in his place. Instead, they're just waiting around hoping that Clowney accepts a lower offer. He's in no hurry to sign. He gone. Could easily sign 2-3 decent players. It's frustrating.

Make sure you take care of that really nice rookie WR (Metcalf) you had last year. best receiver on the team, imho.

Metcalf will get better. But Lockett is a better player man.

You only have 3 players left on your team now, Wilson, Lockett and Metcalf.

Clowney or Everson Griffen to the Cowboys on a 1 year deal.

Actually I really liked that TE you had last year before getting hurt. Can't remember his name at the moment.
