YESSSSSSSS!!!!! Hopefully this team can rally and not go out embarrassingly. I'll take 8-8, hell 7-9. No idea who the GM will be, but I would really like Bieniemy as the coach. Josh McDaniels wouldn't be a bad choice, maybe Jim Harbaugh, Lincoln Riley, or Dabo Swinney as longshots. I know next year probably won't be a banner year due to the draft picks Houston owes, but if we can get a coach to build a system catered to Deshaun's strengths we could still contend for a wild card in '21. And with a real GM having a solid year to start cleaning up BOB's mess, we can really turn this thing around in '22. Finally, we have sweet, sweet hope. **** you O'Brien, don't let the door hit ya on the way out!

Do people have short term memories? McDaniels was BoB before his time in Denver. Shipped out all of the talent. Gave up a 1st for a 2nd lol, which became Earl Thomas (Thanks Josh!

). Drafted Tim Tebow (in the 1st Round). Guy was a disaster. Sound familiar?

I still just can't believe Cal had the cojones to finally do it. What a glorious day, and the air is just right for drinking!

Eh, I'm counting on McDaniels just being the coach, removed from front office input. McDaniels is a pretty good, not elite, coach. That's a huge step up from BOB. Just keep him away from the front office and hire a good GM. Hopefully the Texans have learned a hard lesson about letting your coach get too tangled up in personnel decisions.

All coaches have some input. McDaniels is overrated. Always has been. He's had Brady & BB running the show. If he coached anywhere else, he'd be an afterthought.
