That is strange...and they play the Rams and then the Cardinals. You'd think they'd start him against the Jets or something. I guess Herbert started against the Chiefs though...and had a pretty tough stretch through his first 4 games, also facing the Bucs and Saints. Tua will play Herbert in his 3rd game.

I was just looking at the ESPN youtube page and saw they had a video about Tua being a starter and my initial thought was, "Man ESPN is getting pretty desperate and trying to create some news." Then I saw that this is actually official. What the hell is Miami doing?

Fitz has played 2 bad games on the season, youre 3-1 in your last 4 games and the last 2 games were blowouts with the last one being a big enough blowout that you got to put Tua in at the end in garbage time.

Only 2 things make sense to me. Tua has been playing well in practice and Miami is hoping Dallas or New England will trade for Fitz. I know New England is in their division but I doubt they think theyre going to win it all this year so a one year deal isnt going to effect the Dolphins long term.

Or Miami's front office was planning on tanking this year to get another top pick to pair with Tua and they can see that Fitz is probably going to lead them to 9ish wins this year.

I can only imagine the meeting when they brought Fitz in to tell him this. "Hey Fitz I know we're 3-1 in our last 4 and our last 2 games we have dominated, because of that we have decided to sit you down and go with Tua."

Yeah, I have Fitz in some fantasy league and he's been putting up points. I don't really want to pick up Tua as a replacement.

WOW. Talk about All in. Talk about high risk high reward tactics. Talk about Leap of Faith. This Move will solidify Coach Flores as having the Biggest Balls in Florida. Or the Biggest stupid Assh*** move, because they are winning. Im not gonna judge it yet, but this move places his Job squarely on the line. I'm interested to find out if this coach is gonna hit pay dirt? Or be the biggest Di**head in football.
