Stripped of his starting role, stripped of his backup role, stripped of his captaincy, and then stripped of his job. WFT are the real strippers.

Keep doing stupid stuff off the field mixed with unbelievably bad play on the field, this is not surprising at all. Very curious if a team will pick him up over the summer or not.

He gives me strong Jamarcus Russell vibes, wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if he went unclaimed.

This is why teams do their research at the draft on a player's character. Obviously Washington cut their losses. Haskins still thinks he's in college with people kissing his butt 24/7.

Too bad Daniel Snyder isn't held to the same standard.

Such a bittersweet moment to see this happen.
Bitter in the fact that it is yet another failure at QB in Washington. Danny had to get his guy even with all the information we had beforehand- the lack of resume, the immaturity issues. Haskins had no business being drafted where he has and it showed. It is also bitter because the kid never wanted to prove anyone wrong. He said all the right things but there is a laundry list of instances that show he was all talk and no walk. It is a shame to see someone have everything at their finger tips and simply not care.
On the flip side, its sweet because Danny (dare I say) is learning to let the people who he put in charge do their job. Ron clearly didn’t want him and we know Kyle Smith didn’t draft him. I’m happy that it looks like Dan is realizing he isn’t a football mind. Next step would be promoting Kyle Smith to GM, but I’ll take one victory at a time.
It sucks this ever happened, but its nice to see we handled it (IMO) so well. Good for the Football Team!
