My vote would go to Brian Flores. Thought he did a hell of a job with one of the youngest teams in the NFL. Plus I thought he did one hell of a job in the last draft as well. Looks like Miami has a good future in front of them.

Sean McDermott gets my vote. Brian Flores is a really close second though, no one expected the Dolphins to be in the playoff hunt not even their fans.
