Which teams won the draft? Who are your Best picks?

Atlanta did great.
Obvious great pick: TE Pitts
Solid picks who should start this season: S Grant, OL Mayfield
Sleepers who could start: OL Dalman, CB Hall, DL Graham
Late picks: Edge Ogundeji, CB/Return Specialist Williams, WR Darby
Atlanta hit most of their needs; yet drafted two players in Pitts and Darby which are position of strengths. They added protection for Ryan; and the lineman should also help bolster a poor running game.
I am thrilled with the defensive additions as the Falcons were one of the weakest in the league last season. I think they were dead last in yards allowed passing. Which would explain the two corners and one safety drafted.
Two positions they did not account for are running back and backup quarterback. I do think the defense and keeping Matt Ryan upright should be the higher priority. With Julio Jones being asked about and Hayden Hurst a high quality extra tight end, there are some potential trades that could be made.

I actually love the draft the Lions had, getting a generational line talent at 7 is a steal, and really liked each of their later picks as well

What did you guys think of the Raiders draft?

If I was a Raiders fan, the Leatherwood pick would be a huge red flag. I said in another thread that it's a classic Tom Cable pick. The consensus is that it was a reach. He was projected to go much later (2nd round).
[Offensive lineman coach Tom] Cable has been all over him for months now.
Leatherwood has a similar profile to other guys that Cable took (in Seattle), like James Carpenter & Germain Ifedi. Both we're first round picks that we're also considered reaches. Both underperformed. Ifedi (like Leatherwood) struggled in Pass Pro & was better suited to be an OG. But Cable insisted he was a Tackle & therefore struggled mightily as a starting RT. This was a re-occurring theme when Cable was coaching here.
I don't know too much about the other guys they picked. But Moehrig seems like a solid get.
Outside of picking Josh Jacobs, I'm not sure the Raiders have really drafted all that well recently to be honest.

The Raiders recent draft history reminds me of the way the Falcons previous GM Dimitroff drafted. He was constantly grabbing players one or two rounds early. Even trading up and giving away a extra later pick to do so at times.
It does not mean it cannot work out; but it is called reaching for a reason.

Some context for the pick, apparently it wasn't a reach he wouldn't have gotten past the Ravens.

He may have been picked by another team in the first round. But that doesn't necessarily mean that it was a good pick for the Raiders.
Everything that's been said about him suggests that he's better suited to be a Guard. But Mayock says that they plan on starting him at Right Tackle.
I've seen how this plays out.

My biggest issue with this, is if you really felt Baltimore was eyeing him at #31 then just trade back and pick up an extra 3rd or 4th for free.
You are telling me the Packers, Colts, Titans, Vikings, Browns, Saints or Bills. Not a single one of those teams wanted to jump up? Hell even if you got a 6th round pick it would have been better than nothing. But Judging off other teams who moved back (think Raiders/Niners 43 to 48) it costed a 4th rounder. I've got to think they could have done better with this pick.

I don't really want to come off as a Debbie Downer (sorry Raps). But I still have PTSD from when Tom Cable was our o-line coach. He was terrible. That's why I'm so down on the pick. Maybe he works out & it turns into a great draft for them. But Leatherwood reminds me so much of Germain Ifedi, based on his draft profile. He struggled as an OT with pass blocking, penalties & was considered a reach (1st Round).
Fwiw, when Cable was in Seattle, he had a preference for lineman who we're solid in the run game, but for the most part neglected guys who could actually pass block. When you have a QB that holds onto the ball (Wilson), it was a recipe for disaster. Since Cable has left, the line has gradually gotten better. They've brought in guys that can actually block (Duane Brown, Gabe Jackson).

I second this, simply for the fact that we don't have to watch another season of Mitchell Trubisky and/or Nick Foles at QB.

I would like the Falcons to get Trubisky as a backup.

Well, the best young QB in the league got more protection this year. So the Chargers are definitely in the Winners bracket. Then added Asante Samuel DB Florida state, I've watched this kid, outstanding.

I really loved what the Bengals, Broncos and Chargers did. Especially the Chargers. Chiefs are still my favorite AFC team so I don't want any love letters from bwgood,
